Andrew Weir (The Bank Line) is now offering passage on the Tiger Breeze (previously the City of London) on a 13 day voyage between Singapore and India. After embarking in Singapore, the vessel sails to Port Kelang in Malaysia, where the ship will finish loading her cargo, then on to Chennai (Madras). Passengers will enjoy five relaxing days at sea before arrival for cargo work in Chennai. During the time spent alongside passengers can experience the sites and sounds of one of the four major metropolitan cities of modern India that also has a rich history. The vessel then returns to Singapore via Port Kelang. This itinerary could be ideal for someone with a short amount of time available who wishes to experience a cruise on a cargo ship. The Tiger Breeze can accommodate 12 passengers in 4 double and 4 single cabins, all with private facilities. All cabins are carpeted and equipped with wardrobe, TV/Video Monitor, refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities. There is an outdoor swimming pool, basic gym and a recreation room. The lounge and Dining Room are shared with the ship's Officers. The Vessel's Master and Senior Officers are either British or Russian with the remainder of crew being Russian, including Andrew Weir's popular English speaking Russian stewardesses. This vessel does not have an elevator, and therefore all passengers will need to be able to negotiate the ships gangways, stairways, thresholds and heavy doors.
